Making a claim can be unsettling, as your insurance broker we will administer the management of your claim and guide you through each step from start to final settlement.

In the event of a large property claim, you will have access to your own independent chartered loss adjuster who will help prepare your request and negotiate the highest possible settlement. Once the claim has been resolved, we aim to continue supporting your organisation to reduce the chances of a re-occurrence.
